Q: Do I Need Equipment for the Workout?
A: The workout in Surf Exercises only requires a fitness ball and can be executed almost anywhere — in a gym, in your home, at a park, or even at the beach.

 

Q: What Size Fitness Ball Do I Need?
A: Fitness balls come in two sizes: 55-cm and 65-cm. If you are 5’7” or under, you should be using a 55-cm ball. If you are taller than 5’7,” you should be using a 65-cm ball. Every surfer should invest in a fitness ball, as they can be used to perform various pre and post-surf stretching exercises and/or strength and endurance training.

 

Q: I Am Just Learning How to Surf. Can I do the Workout, Or is it Designed For Advanced Surfers Only?
A: Absolutely. Surf Exercises incorporates various levels of intensity, from beginning to advanced. As you progress, you can increase the intensity of your workout by adding in variations of the exercises and increasing weight.

 

Q: How Many Times Per Week Should I Workout?
A: Most surfers will see improvements in their surfing if they perform the exercises two or three times per week. If you are an avid surfer, you will benefit from incorporating the workout twice a week.

 

Q: Will I Become a Better Surfer From Doing These Workouts?
A: Absolutely. These workouts are designed, specifically, to improve your power, flexibility and core strength, which will ultimately result in increased strength and endurance to help you surf longer, harder and better.

 

Q: Do You Ship Internationally?
A: Yes. International shipments take approximately 10 to 12 business days from the date the order is placed. Cost of shipping will be shown at checkout.

 

Q: How Long Does is Take to Ship Orders in the U.S.?
A: Domestic orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after the order is submitted, and will arrive in about 2 to 5 business days.
